I think by sectro C the writer mean to say sector E because sector C is already sold without purchasing total land and only partially developed (only about 30% of it). The land supposed to be for remaining 70% is later sold at double to triple price as new projects of Gardenia, sector D, and sector E whereas many original owners who were supposed to get plots in sector C are relocated to BT orchard on raiwind road at very cheap land.
I had paid vey high price for an Azalia block plot near so called 18 whole PGA standard Golf course which I had to sell at huge loss when golf course was converted to a tiny and dummy mini golf lawn and Azalia block land is now resold at more than 2.5 time price as sector E.
Is there anyone who can ask Riyaz thekaidar what he did to poor working calls holders of sector c, phase 8, phase 9, awami villas and overseas B, C, D, E, and so on categories. |
