This time is bad to get such evaluation, if you get panic some one will grab it at nominal price , better wait and see and trust God |

I am a resident of Bahria Town and I see no panic here at all. Several houses and commercial buildings are under construction and in full swing. I am trying to buy a plot in Sector B for my brother and was hoping that prices will come down a bit but instead I have noticed that they are going up - slowly but surely. There is some down trend in files but not a major fall there too.
There is no load shedding in Bahria. There were a few power cuts - due to maintenance of generators - but now it is over and we are getting power 24/7. I am witness that power is being generated in Bahria power house.
