People might dont know about his projects approval.In Rawalpindi only his only phase 1 and 50% phase2 is only approved by RDA and all other phases from 3 to 9 are still not recognized by any development authority.He has his all in all authority to sell the land through such documents which are issued from his office and such paper work has no recognition in any government offices.Keeping all this in mind Punjab government has put ban on all registrations of land which comes under name of Bahria town.Even then huge construction is going on in his all projects and few high rise illegal building as also started on the bank of river sawan.
so no one is here to create hurdle in his boundary.Although large numbers of generals, secretaries, army officers, judges are living in his bahria town who know well about the laws of state but inside there they follow the laws of malik riaz. so it is just a minor case you people are looking but the day of his bad luck would start you would see more huge kind of corruption under his name.

NOBODY CAN HARM MALIK RIAZ SB. IN BAHRAI TOWN LAHORE SECTOR C, D, E, OVERSEAS, ORCHARD, AWAMI VILLAS ETC ARE ALL NOT APPROVED BY ANY REGULATORY AUTHORITY BUT SINCE HE GIVES BIG BRIBES ALL OF THESE ARE OK SO FAR. PROBLEMS MAY ARISE IN FUTURE BUT BY THEN MR RIAZ AND HIS SON WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS WILL RUN AWAY IN DUBAI OR UK. |

This is a absolutely not correct. As far as Lahore Bahria Sector A, B and C are concerned, i have myself seen approvals from TMA Iqbal Town. For other projects, i have not researched therefore i am not aware. |

Mr. Khan your are totally correct. But no govt will be cruel to through peple out of their homes for no fault of theirs. LDA or any such autority may be asked by the courts to take over. |

Yes, im a plot holder in Bahria Town and yes i have seen the approvals myself. If you dont believe, dont buy or invest or sell, i really dont care. I just wanted to share the info i had, its not for anyone to believe or not or follow. The level of distrust in our society is so high that people start abusing before hearing anyone. Go and do whatever you like, i really dont care. |

I agree with Info LDA is also a corrupt institution LDA has no right to demolish any building any where If the approval is problem LDA should approved its self and take thier charges which is the main cause of LDA approval. Now a days LDA facing finincial loss that is why it not going to complete Its so called LDA avenu one scheme, we are the victim of Lda one of my family member has 1500 kanal land adjecent to LDA avenue one by the cruel law of fringee Acquisition LDA tried to grabed the land but we take the matter in court where we got stay and still LDA is fighting for this land but in vain for lda. Lda with out having land in possession sold the land to the people is this not a cheating than you have no right to demolish other people property>LDA is a cruel and unjustice authority which is impose to us without no means. Lda its self is land graber and qabza group. Than it has no right to attack on best i con of pakistn bahria town. LDA avenue one cannot be completed in this century because LDA without having land sold it to the poor people and grabed their money. |
