It is not bad if you compare to the societies. I visited PWD, Sawan Gardens, Jinnah Garden, Police foundation, BT and nearby societies. Compare to few years back, things have been changed and his area is becoming a centre point. If you compare the prices with Islamabad, this area still has some potential. There are schools, doctors offices and markets and other basic facilities. MAin disadvantage is commute form Islamabad, otherwise this area is good and will flourish more as new societies are being built and people started living over there.
