Can you please update me on the status of phase 7 possession.
The promised date was 2009.
I have heard development is not complete yet in all blocks. Is there any chances of handing over in current year or we need to wait for another year or two for possession

For Investment point of View more you wait More Good for You Let the Price heat Up in DHA 6, Good Plots are touching one cror, when you will have Fully populated phase 6 next to you see average Plot will be at least 1.5 Times of Current Market Price ie from 46 to 70.
This is eaxcltly what I predicted 2 years Back when People thought phase 7 was worthless investment and who will live next to BRB |

The Development Work of R, S, T & U (Excluding New Balloted Area), Q Block is almost completed.Its now entirely up to DHA When will announce the possession of these blocks.In other blocks work is in progress and it is expected that development work will be completed by the mid of 2013 or before.The development work of newly balloted plots against parkview files & plots is not started yet.According DHA, development work of new extension of phase 7 will be start very soon along with existing development work of old balloted blocks.
