i have one kanal plot in phase 6 G Block but i dont see much sale or purchase in this block. could you tell me what is the reason and what is the status of development in this block. appreicate your kind reply.

Dear Nadeem Sahib,
Overall G Block is fully developed except small pocket and has few houses. Due to this small village in the middle of G Block people are little cautious to build house in this block.G block is in dead center of phase 6 and accessible to everything.there is proper buying and selling in this block in the market.It is very hard to find buyer in G block Facing village or near very to village as buyer avoids such locations but as we move away from that village then there is proper buying and selling.

one of my cousin was shaheed in waziristan. his widow is alloted a plot in DHA (phase 10 or 11). Is it transferable to anyother party as they want to sell it. I need some guidance in this regard

Dear Sir,
The inherits of shaheed can sale the plot.all they need to is NOC from GHQ.they have to apply for NOC ( No Objection Certificate) in GHQ. Once the they get noc from GHQ,they can sell thier plot in market.
