In current market DHA Phase 5 Near H 265 corner and facing park can be sold around 150 t0 155 Lacs.

@expert: The overhead tank as shown in the map is no longer being built near it. In fact it is being built on the other side facing the other corner plot.

The prices of DHA phase 5 is almost Saturated now.I dont see any significant rise of rates in DHA phase 5 in future.
F 228 has market value of 300 Lacs approximately. |
