It all depends of 2 things
1. Location and
2. what Do You mean By Grey Structre
The True Gey Sturcture Mean all things ready only left are Wood work, Floor Marble and Bath room Fittings Plus Floor tiles.wiring and switches,
It should have all structure with Boudary Completed Plastered, Underground wiring Plumbing Piping Completed, only wire and Switches/plates left,
Undergraoud Plumbing Completed Points out of Palstered walls with Pulgs fitted in. Tiles on walls and Floor
On Ground Drainage Pipes etc completed. If Location is good and Grey sructure is completed as per above said requirenents then it is Good.
But keep in mind That If Good Grey stucture is there even then for Fininshing You will spend 4500X700 = 3.1 Million For B+ Class Finish and 4500X450= 2 Million for D Class finish.
Cost of Stucture us Calculated like this
Structure only Bricks and Lanter about 450 to 500 Rs per Feet
Full gery stucture as i described up 750 Rupees per Feet
Complete with B+ class finish 1450 rs Per square feet.
sometimes Grey stucture siits overseas people as there is little ageing and if You come and Finish after few years it looks new. Other Compromise Can be to find a slighltly used finished house, which you may get in similar price.
