Brother 2 weeks back i buy in F block near 167 at 28 including all (transfer + commission 1%)

Thanks Brother, I don't see F block on map? I only see A and B blocks. If F blocks is newer map. Which one is it on this map that has link above?

A5 - 3 is the old no. and same location new plot no. is F-167, i buy near F-167, and cost me about 28 as stated above.

@ PAF development is good road, elect. gas available and construction started.

Its right time to invest or to buy for personal residence. For me i buy to plots one kanal each.

I also bought 2 years before in G Block, near 255 A.

Size is 10 Marla (250 square yard)
street no. 4, 35'-0'' wide road

Size of plot 70'-0'' x 32'-0''

As I am residing abroad, I don't know whether the constructions has started in the society?

Please let me know is there any house construction going on? and also please tell the market value of this plot.

@ Fazaia: Much appreciate your response. But I didnt purchase the plot for selling purpose. I have an intention to build my home in near future,only concern here about the construction status whether it has started. any house construction there?

yes brother construction started, many houses are underconstruction even near to your plot as well.

it cost me PKR 1.325 million (13 Lakh and 25 thousand rupee) excluding agent commission (25,000) and society membership fees (38,500).

Could you please tell the current market rate.

Brother in june while my pakistan visit i come to know the present market rate for 10 marla is from 11.5 to 15.5 lakh.

i know many nos. with price but i dont want to quote on open forum cause it can may hurt the owner or agent.

i was interested in 1 kanal so i buy 1 kanal, and yesterday i got the alotment letter also.
