I purchased a plot in bahria town lahore , it was 30 X 60 plot. They issued me declaration\site plan. as per plan and Bahra map boundry wall was not touching it from any side. When i went for construction plot is 31 from front, 21 from back, 60 from right and 45 from left. I have given application to bahria to change plot. they are asking me to take money for lesser area, but i want standard size plot. What should i do plz recomend. Should i take issue to courts or not?
