I think bahria is very risk now especially undeveloped phases.
buyers have no interest in it anymore. |

Bahria seems to be risky and controversial now.
can you please update of the reasons why Ex Commoners is not a good choice?
I personally think the development is same like dha 2 proper.
location is also the same, just on the other side of road.
and prices are nearly half of dha 2 proper.
I agree it will take 3 - 4 yrs for complete development or construction of houses. But in the budget of 3 -4 million you can get the best plot, while in 4 million you will get the near boundary or filled area plot in dha 2 proper?
what do you think? |
