It is not part of DHA Lahore, There are many societies affiliated with army but not DHA
DHA Rahber [Rangers]
DHA EME Multan Road [Electro Mech Corps Still have affiliations]
AWT [army welfare town still have affiliations]
Fazaia [PAF but I think only namely]
Bahria [ Disowned by Pak Bahria soon after Launch but still carrying name]
All these are separate societies and have no connection with DHA Lahore.
I any doubt for XYZ..... remember DHA is only whose transfer procedure takes Place in DHA office Located Block Y Phase 3.

Fazaia is 100% PAF project. Up until few years ago, one had to go to PAF headquarters in Rawalpindi for plot transfer. Then plot transfer was shifted to a small PAF office near Lahore airpot. Now there is a PAF office onsite for transfers.

AoA Dear jameel,
Fazaia is 100 percennt PAF affiliated project, more than the DHA affiliated to Army coz DHA allows Civilins also for plots draws in addition to defence Officers. Whereas, PAF has bought land from land owners, developed and allotted to its personnel(officers and lower ranks)for the amount collected from them (of course on easy installments) and allowed them to sell after paying all the dues. Sir, let it be no confusion.

I have bought a plot in fazaia in december. I was in islamabad and have to go air headquarters to complete the transfer. There me and seller signed our agreement, our picture was taken.. and his allotment letter was cancelled in front of my eyes and 2 weeks after i received my allotment letter.
