I have a plot in DHA Phase 7, U - 1837, its is next to corner. Please guide me, is it a good investment or should I sell it and invest somewhere else.

In Current market U 1837 has market value of 45 Lacs.it will 2 to 3 year to be ready for house construction minimum.
