Buying Plot in X commoners is a grave mistake prices will sharp decline in coming years, poor development. Stay away from DHAI other you will regret whole life. |

can you please update of the reasons why is it not a good choice.
I personally think the development is same like dha 2 proper.
location is also the same, just on the other side of road.
and prices are nearly half of dha 2 proper.
I agree it will take 3 - 4 yrs for complete development or construction of houses. But in the budget of 3 -4 million you can get the best plot, while in 4 million you will get the near boundary or filled area plot in dha 2 proper?
what do you think? |

Thousands of people suffered in DHA Valley and DHAI II Ext, X-Commoners is also a product of DHAI, Well if you can wait 10 years or thinks things will prosper Good Luck!, But it will be a gamble just like other DHAI projects. |
