I have two questions as follows:
1) What is the procedure to verify a file from DHA-office before purchasing it? What is fee and time for that?
2) What is the procedure to transfer a plot/file to a Minor [under 18 years of age]?
Answers will really be appreciated.

I am not sure but believe there should be no issue as for as you have"B " farm and NIC number for minor. Secondly if you buy in your name still you can write minor's name in NEXT TO KIN and 100% share in his name after you. |

You need min 2 day. You pay Rs 650 fee for varfication. Seller must sign the varification form and it will be better if he submit this form infront of you to DHA Lahore office.
In DHA only 18 plus and Pakistani national NIC can buy or transfer any property.
