Assalamo Alaikum!
Is it fruitful to apply for a plot in OPF Phase-1 Extention Lahore to build a house in 5 years time or for investment purpose? A 10 Marla Plot is for 1800,000 in installment of 2 years and 6 months.

Please give your sincer advice. Thanks for help!

I do not think u can make house in 5 year time and after 2 and half year the price of the plot will be about the same. Think again and again

Overseas brothers know a little about the OPF Lahore situation. They only think about paying in installments. They come to know the true position long after when thye come back.
All brothers who have experience in property should help us to decide. Thanks a lot for all your help!

Maybe development is late or very late but they are not going to run away. I think after 2 and half years the price of the plot will be the same

The past record of the OPF is not very good concerning the housing schemes. I do not think it can be worth of living in 5 years time.

Even I am an oversease, I would not recommend anyone to invest in this flop scheme. OPF is not capable to handle realestate.

Phase 1, Sewerage and Gas Work finish already, Roads are under construction,(you can see on Google Earth) now you can easily locate your plot because roads structure already create with mud but not yet carpeted
