I would go for Bahria Enclave, altho both won't get populated by 2-3 yr timeframe. BE has better chances to get populated due to its close proximity to main Islamabad. I do own 10 marla in Bahria Enclave.

Well under the current situation of malik raiz/NAB/DHA cases try to saty away from both... if the cases get reloved then bahira envale is always the better option

Stay Away from Bahria, DHA, Malik Riaz , Buy asset in some private society, Bahria/DHA already lost credibility. You are chasing a wild goose.
