No doubt Fazaia. Because its already developed and available for making houses. NFC is an investment of 5-10 years. |

My brother you canot compare nfc and fazaia both are on seperate approch along with highly budget difference.
Fazaia is really hot investment but for with big budget and less time frame (2 to 4 years)
NFC is really hot investment but with low budget and more time frame (5 to 7 years). |
