I beleive phase ix file is. The best investment at present rate. Ideal around 25. But if u afford go at 26.50 too. -and u will be benfited inshallah . Just see dha town 10 m plots being sold over 40 lac and phase 5 extn around 65 lac. It is only a matter of ballot and map issue . I assure u will get 25 percent profit on investment straight away . remaining 50 cent on development which may tek upto 3-4 yrs.

I agree with KMC - I purchased it for 14 lacs + 2 Lcs for registration around 4 years or may be more.. opting to sell it after map. |
