The problem with OPF is the chief launch a scheme make money and get retired or disappear and with new government new chief comes and repeat the same exercise and disappear and projects get shelved. This is the story of every government project including CDA But OPF is the most notorious and lost the credibility and for sure this new extension is a complete fraud.
