Is there any DHA Phase 3 in Islamabad? I always thought that there are only two DHA Phase in Islamabad, one & two (including two nextension).

Yes it is on main GT Road in Rawat after Rawat Ckook on right hand while going to Lahore from Pindi.

New Pindi Scheme was merged in DHA to make entry point for DHA III.

It is a long term, say 10 years option.

Forget about phase-3, will tak 20 yrs before its developed and livable. DHA Islamabad still need to develop ex commoners, HDA 1 & 2 extensions. Don't waste and time on phase-3. Not even worth a penny.

As per orders of the honorable court of Pakistan phase 2 extension Morgah (dha i,no longer legal) is to be reverted back to the original owners as the land was acquired by enforcing Land acquisition act which was wrong so please get an expert opinion from some one of the legal fertility.Regards

I have 5 marla plot in DHA III,Islamabad. I purchased this corner plot at price of 14.5 lakh.Now i have many concern about this deal.Is there any chance for possession in next one or 2 years.please let me inform if someone have solid news.Thanks
