Can someone kindly tell me why Air Avnue and Park View are called DHA air avenue and DHA park view. Are these societies managed and controlled directy by DHA just like DHA proper or three is some difference.
Is it ssafe to invest in these societies

Yes Park View was Taken Over Bu DHA 4 ys Back and Now All transfers of Park View are taking Place in DHA main Office, Thiugh Infrastructure is same that was Laid down by Park View
Air avenue was taken over by DHA 3.5 ys Back but recently there is some rift between DHA and Urban developers and DHA is not transferring "at least some" Plots and houses, No body Knows what were the details of These agreements between DHA and these Housing societies |
