Dear Mian Nadeem sahib and others
can U please guide does Bahria scandal has any effect in this scheme. Apparently this Phase is fully develkped and landscAped, lot of army persons have Purchased bigger plots here. A few plots of 35/80 are avİlable Near park closer To soan river for about 40-50 lac. Any idea on this investment now for 2-3 years.

Very nice area. I personally visited the site as I was about to purchase 35x85 for myself. One house was under construction when I visited and another one was about to start. Livable area, I personally think price is. It too high for 13 Marla plot but I leave this to you. Don't pay more than 40 lacs for a good location plot. |

It is the over priced area due to Bahria marketing techniques. As said it is opposite DHAI phase one. where the plots are available in the range of 40 to 60 lacs with DHAI guarentee and is much much better than this village. |

Brother which dha gaurntee? Dha valley ? İ think Area is no match very Good. Better than dha 1 with all facilities. |

Definately recent scandal will affect Bahria Town projects. However investment is safe. Town planning and development standard of Bahria is good as compare to DHA. This area is away from main Islamabad. I agree it is over priced due to extensive marketing |
