could someone put comments on why the NFC-1 prices has gone up and why Google map is now showing completed college road portion at the NFC entry.

I have a 12 marla corner plot in Bahria, facing south, situated on 60'ft Safari villa road, other road is 40'ft, both roads lead to 120'ft roads directly.

Opposite house is already constructed, no electric pole on the side of plot.
My demand is to 3.9 million.
