Thanks for your valuable advice. Please let me know which Bahria Phase is the best choice to build house in 3 years with a budget of 25 lakhs?

Is the Overseas Block at little bit better for building a house?

sec -C and Sec D both are good for building house with in 3 years time. Sec B is also good but 10 marla plot is bit expensive than ur budget. around 30 lakhs

For 10 marla plot, Tulip ext 60ft road of Bahria Country Club is the best choice.
