A.O.A!How much it cost to constrct an average 10 marla double story house in lahore.Any information shared will highly appreciated.

depending on construction style, it is huge veriable infact. from 25 lakh to 70 lakh it may cost. in DHA it takes about 50-70 depending on construction style and material. while in other societies it takes 25-50 as well. |

it all depends your covered area.I constructed in Lahore wapda town in 2008 covered area approx 3600 and it cost me 1000/sq.ft for average rate material.
Now in four years every thing is increased so approx 1400/sq.ft,if you buy material by yourself and hire contractor for labour. |
