If you look at the CDA budget 2012-13, you will see that CDA has allocated a good sum of amount to develop D-12 markez. I hope it happens in reality. and many of those who are waiting to make their homes and live in this sector will see their dream come true, eventually .

Waseem bhai, There is no question that D-12 will finish and will be one of the best sector of Islamabad. The real questions is when. If there was an honest government who can implement governance across departments, such as CDA, the work is only less than a month to develop the sector completely. The problem is we don't have honesty at most levels. Investors, especially the ones who want to live there, should be aware that this may take few more years unless there is CHANGE; talking of which, I personally believe that Pakistan, as a whole, is ready to take off to new heights after the upcoming elections. All we need is some honesty at parliament, which then will resonate down and create positive impact to the real-estate industry as well.
