leakage in basement,

Dear Friends,

I need urgent advice on coping with the sudden small water leakage that started happening in newly constructed basement ( pakistan); enought water proofing was done but appaprently some mistake may have happened by the builder. what measures do you suggest. Heard that there is some treatment chemical that can block the leakage. Need advice please.
