Ahmed bhai If your kids are university students in this case Bahria town is fine. your kids can reach to Punjab university new campus with in 15 - 20 mins. It also need almost same time to reach Lahore university(raiwind road) and UCP( university of central punjab). If your children are college going students then you should go to johar town or wapda town for 5 marla plot. In ur said budget you can only purchase a 5 marla plot in both societies coz 10 marla is quite expensive.
Imran bhai sector C is really good to build a house in next 2- 3 years. Jasmina, Tulip, Gulbahar, gulmaher and chunbli blocks of C are quite good for buildling house and investment as well for next 2- 3 years time
