Brothers,one thing i can assure you is that Army personals are given intimation about their quota of plots in Phase ix in April this year(2) the master plan of phase ix is ready and lying in DHA safe room.Yes i am not sure about ballot but dealers have started talking about it. CMY sb please comment.
