Facing Sports complex plots will be sold less than the general rates and on the other hand facing park plots rates are always higher than general rates. |

some days back a plot infront of park was demanding 135 actually he was demanding extra 10 to 15 lakhs for the park know as the map changed and park is now sports complex the plot will be 5 to 10 laks cheaper than normal rates so 10 lakhs plus 10 lakhs plot holders in that lane will suffer loss of 20 lakhs becoz of that move of dha.
