Can someon eevaluate the baharia town prices in Rawalpindi . Are they over or right priced . What will be effect of Malik riaz case on these especially ph7 ph 8 and intellectual village. Any data on reduction of sale purchase prior to scandal. Is it right time to buy or has to wait Dor a month or so

I don't think Malik Riaz will make any difference. Phase 7 & 8 I believe still don't have approval or NOC as of yet. So that could become a problem. |
