DHA Lahore & Bahria Town

Well i agree DHA is DHA and always will be DHA and nothing else a typical Govt. Type housing society! but Bahria is today better than DHA and no one knows where is will end up... but is has the potential of going far far ahead of DHA... as DHA will always be DHA for the Paindo Faujis who move from small villages and towns to big cities like Lahore ... Karachi .. Islamabad .. DHA will always be DHA ;)

All paindoos dont go in the the Army. Some also go abroad where they do menial jobs and when come back to their country, they behave like kala sahibs. They tend to become "goras" but cannot become goras at all. Their mentalities remain the same even if they make houses in Bahria Town or other posh areas.

AT present Both DHA and Bahria are good. But there are many differences
All Baria Lahore is Not LDA approved thouh it falls in its territory. Bahria is Not registered with Coperative societies act and Holding Plots in Bahria is Just MOU between Owner and Malik Raiz [or Admin] It does not mean that Bahria will or can tell any owner to leave the posession or go away. The issue is If Bahria disintergrates then there are chances of serious Violations, I agree untill now Bahria was being managed better than DHA, But Now things are falling apart as expected. As it has been one Man show and that man had too much Authority and was over exercising it.
DHA is an institution, Being run by Army and registered in Cantt Board and also registered to Coperative Housing societies act.
They have Long history and credibilty.

Its simple as that, hating or criticizing others will never make us look better.

If we don't show compassion to our fellow pakistanis, civilians and military alike, who else will???
And when educated and civilized people like us do that, it really kills the hope of seeing a better and prosperous Pakistan someday.

we will be held accountable by the generations to come for what we do with this nation.

All Pakistan is a failed state and will fall eventually coz of million reasons, pakistan is not even close to e considered islamic stae and never will be no matter who comes in power, which contradicts to its existence. just wait and see.
