CDA TRANFER HOUSE & REGISTERY HOUSE ????
Experts from Islamabad are request to brief me in this matter.

In registry case it will be transferred at Tehsil/Zila Kuchary and fee+taxes are huge as compared to CDA transfer. Difference would be in Lacs. |

CDA transfer is more authentic and when issue outstanding CDA does not allow to transfer unless you resolve them. Likewise when there is no completion certificate. By getting transfer through Registry in CDA the property will remain in the existing name and in future when ever you will apply for any service issue will rise again and again. Better get is transferred in CDA. |
