Please somebody give an update on this society. I own 1K Plot in this society for about two decades. they are again asking for addl dev charges...and this practice seems unending. prices have not gone up much as the development is not up to the mark and lacks vision. in the past few months there have been talks of massive fraud by the society management. LDA also put out a big advertisement on 12 Jul 12 but the coop dept has not taken any action.is it worth to hold on to the plot or dispose it off? Thanks.

LDA is sucker, they don,t have any plan to complete the development of LDA AVE. 1. I think if you get a better price you can sell your plot. |

LDA had put out an ad about Chinar Bagh informing the public about wrong doings of Chinar Bagh.LDA, in coordination with Coop Dept must also initiate action and let people know of its results.
