I am not sure on time frame but G-14 is far better. Buy a plot in area which does not fall in Village. In green field area development and legislation is resolved or will get resolved much earlier.

Not sure u can live in G-14/1,2,3 after 3 years but certainly better option.

If i have understood it right, the plot should not have any building or sheds or temporary installments

Also is there a preference within those sub sectors 1,2,3?

And how does the transfer take place?

What would be the percentage return after 3 yrs if development does mot start or goes very slow as usual with cda?
Or if the development completes or is near completion in 3 yrs?

G-14/3 is going to be developed first. Final award was due on May 5th but some shed owners got stay. I guess issue will be resolved within next 6 months and development work will start right away.

G-14/1 is going to be the last. ( may be 2-3 years )

I am constructing my house in G-14/4 right next to G-14/3.

Not ideal conditions. but lot of families living. lot of houses are being constructed. back in 2010 there was only one house in my street. Now there are 10.

Built up property in G-14/1 is more as compare to G-14/2 & 3.
Price wise G=14/3, G-14/2 , G-14/1
Transfer procedure easy as compare to CDA.
250 per square yard is transfer fee.
Transfer to be done done in FGEHF G-10/4.
Transfer date on ordinary fee is given 15 days after submission of transfer papers.
Urgent Fee for 25*40 is Rs/ 15000 and about 28000 for 40*80
