Dear Mr. CMY & other value able participants,
I need your advise to invest 4 to 4.5 million, either in DHA or Bahria. I have received some comments to invest in CC Bahria town 10 Marla or GO for 3 Marla Commercial in Bahria and third option to invest in X or Y blocks of Phase within this budget. Kindly advise which should be the most appropriate and advise the price range of upper mentioned area.
You advise will have great impact on my decision.

I have never seen any of my clients to loose money on any commercial plot investment so I think you should go for some commercial plot in DHA Bahria NFC2 or Central Park etc.
I must also say avoid shops in plazas as they are most likely to give you loss or headache.

if it is an investment money then go in commercial.
2 marla commercial sector D AA block is also a good option. this cutting has been made by using the front part of park and foodcourt cinema area.5 million is rate.it is located on 80 feet road that is prime location because going to sector C and further on to sector E and a small Zoo is also being made there in front of this commercial.every one going to sector E or sector C will use this road.but u can not build 2 sorey on it.
in 3 marla commercial bahria overseas B, you can build 2-3 storey building on your plot so that you can make a flat for your own living or rent.it is cheaper than AA block 2 marla commercial.
in cc block sector D commercial,area vacant on left is reserved for Mcdonald. so it might be good option. |
