Can you please confirm if V-861 Phase 7 is in the village? Please also confirm whether the village will remain or DHA will get this land? In this case what timeframe I should be looking at for its development? Pls also confirm the realistic price if I want to sell this plot.

Dear Mr.Taha,
V 861 is not in the village but around 100 feet away from village.It very next to Chak Dera Village.The village is there and looks like that village is not going anywhere.The development work in V block has not been started yet. We cannot give you any update about land clearance and development of V block.Kindly contact concerned person in DHA about clearance of land and development status.
