i visited suny park last saturday. its access is thru pcsir-2 i like its location, after passing thru pcsir when u enter suny park u feel the difference of development. 5M plot is around 15 lacs. there is no society transfer but registry is made. there have been some problems of land mafia, so if u buy get possession on spot and start construction right away. society office is there to give u possession upon completion of registry. planned 150 ft road is passing thru the society (linking johar town with valencia town) once this road is constructed suny park will boost. currently there is no gas. one major point i felt is that ur kids or some people may feel inferior when the have to use parks of pcsir and its roads and shopping areas, and then come back to suny park where standard of roads is not good. UNLESS suny park management has plans to at least develop its roads at par with pcsir-2. |
