After reading the above i called my Friend working in Record section of DHAI.He confirmed the news above stated is accurate. DHA Valley now consist of Overseas Block,Lily,Orleandar & DHA Homes.
Nothing confirmed with regards to the prices of Plots.However said Officially Dha Homes Prices for the Ready Homes is fixed at 60 Lakhs due to cancellation & Non Payment if purchased directly from DHAI.
But might be less 2-3 Lakh with estate agents.
