Could you please help me to understand that:
1. On this website, the rate of 10 Marla Plot in Bahria Orchard is 1300,000 to 1600,000
2. Bahria Town Office gives the rate of a 10 Marla plot is: 2350,000 with one year installment.
Why is this big difference and please also tell something about the importance of location and future of Bahria Orchard?
Is it a good decision to buy plot on 1 year installments there for 2350, 000 with 10 % extra for corner. :h

Buy from open market. You will save the extra million. |

Thanks [ua] for your advice. Most of the people advised me to buy from open market because there are 2 mail uses of this.
1. You can choose the location and plot you want.
2. You can save a lot because the rates in the open market are much too less. |
