I have some questions Bahria Orchard because I have a little information about it.
1. How long will it take to complete the project and when will the plots be handed over to the customers to build houses?
2. I know the difference of rate. But what is the difference concerning the development and location between Bahria Orchard and Bahria Overseas / B and C. Which one is the best choice concerning development and location to build house in 3 years time?

1. Part of project is complete while part is still under development.
2. Main difference is of the location. In three years time, you'll be able to build house at either place. Depends on where you want to live. Although Bahria A / B / C will be a better place due to the age and size of the projects, but I think that at current prices, Bahria Orchard may just be the better deal. |
