There is increase in prices of LDA Ave-1 plot during last few weeks. Can some body give actual picture.

LDA official told me on phone that they are giving possession of Block M in August and he also said that they have already given possession of Block F and H. Can anybody confirm this news? |

There is price rise in the LDA Aveneu-I, I have bought 1K plot at the back of 150' road in H block 2 years back in 27 lac. Now a plot adjacent (next to my plot) is in the market for 38 lac. |
