Shows that while every establishment pillar is against the government and not even letting it function, the popular support has not gone. Media-judiciary nexus has only succeeded to stop government doing anything and cast uncertainty as much as they could but I hope this result is an eye-opener for our honorable judges too.

I was a disillusioned PPP supporter but establishment tactics of the past year made me want a Gilani victory and I am really happy for it. I know I am going to be bashed for my post as it is against the popular urban sentiment but just to share my feelings as well as not everyone buys into the picture the media portrays...

Pakistani elections are inherently corrupt.
Judiciary should have never allowed re-election, instead allow the second most lead to take over the seat when the seat is vacated due to disqualification.
IMO, its a co-operative power play, going on in Pakistan, among PPP, PML-noon, PTI and judiciary.
While people are made fool.

This what PAKISTANIS DESERVE. If we choose our leaders like these one then what can we expect.

PAKISTNIS if we choose leaders on the basis of party/baradary rather than character than please don't complain afterward.

Then we deserve loadshedding, unemployment, corruption, killings etc

Dear Brothers
It is said by Allah that He will appoint the rulers according to our deeds. Just analyze most of the people are corrupt the shopkeepers the businessmen the worker. Every one is Zardari according to his standard and opportunity. Allah Pak assures us if we stsrt changing our selves we will get rid of all theives and docaits.
Start changing ourselves and than pray for the rest of our brothers. InshaAllah a day will come when only Haq will dominate Allah Pak vanishes all the corrupt soon.
We all decide that we will try not to cheat deceive or do any thing which was curbed by our Last prophet Hazrat Mohammad.

I accept the verdict of Multani people and give congratulations to them for electing A Gilani the member of national assembly. No doubt his father had done lot of development work for multan and ultimately defeated all paties supported candidate.
