Zakat Calculations

I reques to the site owners please give some time to my post because Its out of topic post,

I want to know how can i calculate the zakat my particulars are as below,

4 plots (2kanal 1 plot, 1kanal 2 plots, 11 marla 1 plot) out of 4 one is to built and construct own living after some yrs on 1 kanal house. (as presently i dont have own house) and for construction it i have the source only remaining 3 plots so i will sale one or two and built one.

Gold 48 tola 22 karat

silver 3 tola

honda civic 2010 in my use.

bank account 10 lakh total saving

stock exchange holding of 6 lakh (is the zakat calculated on base value of 10rs or at present value of shares)

Please anybody can calculate my zakat, i will thankful.

gold is 51 tola 22 karat

and secondly i have car loan due on me which is 6 lakh rupees (dueable in next 23 months).

In my opionio, there is no zakat on Honda Civic and also no zakat on the plot you plan to build a house for living. For others please calculate their total worth and 2.5 % of the value is the zakat you will have to pay.

I Advise not to show or give your assets in public, specially dont share your phone or email or send email to any one. This is for your own safety. People can trace your location from the net thru your posts or emails. Never ever share any such information. Go to some good Aalim and ask, he will guide you.

Very easy if you live in Lahore go to Jamia Asharfia or if you live any palce get information of some Jamia mosque and go to Mufti Hazrat they will guide you exact. Reason Zakat is payable on some assets and not on some assets.
You better get Mufti advice.
