Ghori Town has no more issues with CDA now. I have investigated from CDA personally and got confirmation that societies adjacent to Highways are now safe to build houses as a Rural part of ISB. I have purchased 2 Plots in Phase 4 for Investment and at that time when it was just a simple ground with lots of kuchi Abadi Folks. Today it is beautifully developed and well planned. I purchased the plots at that risky time and till now nothing went wrong with me. I bought it in just Rs. 100,000/- per marla 3 years ago and now price gone above Rs.275,000/- per marla. The best thing i did to buy it from its original Office of Raja Ali Akbar & company, got quick registry and possession. I am one of pioneer purchaser of Phase 4 and so far Alhamdullilah i found nothing wrong. My plots have no boundary but still it is safe and properly registered.
