Hello Mate, Which Blocks of LDA1 Aven are cleared n involved in Litigations ? I am looking for 1 Kanal Plot there.

Shah bhai no block of LDA EVE1 is litigation free however F, J, H and M blocks have less litigation problems. D block has many litigation issues. C block is also considering good block especially upper part of C blocks. an average One kanal plot in above mentioned blocks is 30 lacs to 35 lacs. If you want a plot on main 150 feet Road then you will get it in 65 lacs to 75 lacs.

F,J are most expensive blocks in lda avenue and price of plots are higher than other blocks.D block on the other hand is cheaper than f and j.price vary from 22-32 lac in lda on 40 feet road however on 100 feet,120feet,150 feet price will vary accordingly.

Plots in A Bolck are most expensive. Even on 40" Feet road you can not get 1K plot less tha 28 Lacs. In M, J, D blocks you can get plot in less than 25.
