The development in newly balloted plots in phase 7 is not started yet and according to DHA it is expected to be started in next two or three months and newly balloted plot prices is as follows
10 M = 24 to 30 Lacs ( Including Development Charges)
1 kanal = 38 to 50 Lacs
2 kanal = 105 to 120 Lacs
