DHA Phase 5 Sector M - Development Charges
When is the 1st installment of development charges due for payment for Sector M Phase 5 DHA Lahore?
Is there are discount on lump sum payment?

Last date to pay first Installment is 30th September. You can better call DHA office to ask about discount on full payment. |

It is not DHA Lahore policy to offer discount on lump sum payments. They prefer to go with the installment plan as scheduled, if not paid on time, then they levy a 20% surcharge. |
