As for eden garden ferozepur road project, please be known as per LDA approved maps, only A and B blocks are approved in "Eden Garden" scheme, anything other than this by any name and any block is NON APPROVED (such as eden garden extension, eden dream homes, eden land, blocks C, D, or E). I have personally verified this from LDA one window operation and have written response also available. For your own interest and to save your money, 1)DO NOT invest any further with this group. 2) Pressurize them either to make progress according to their original commitment or else return your hard earned money. For option 2, if they offer you to refund money if you can provide a written consent for cancellation, do not agree on this unless they provide you with written commitment to refund your full money upon your request.
